Grand Prize (1): A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend a concert chosen by the Grand Prize winner from concert options provided by Live Nation (the “Concert”) scheduled to take place on or before September 1, 2018 at a participating owned and operated venue in the U.S. (“Venue”). Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Concert, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in connection with the Concert (hotel to be determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion; one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) on dates that are to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, ground transportation to/from destination airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and Concert, two (2) tickets to the Concert, two (2) VIP passes for use during the Concert, one (1) $500 prepaid gift card, and one (1) Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone and twelve (12) months of Cricket Wireless service with its Unlimited Plan. If the Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the Concert, then ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,000.00.
Runner Up Prize (1): Runner Up Prize winner will receive four (4) $25 Live Nation Concert Cash® cards. ARV of Runner Up Prize: $100.00.
