Four (4) Random Winners – One (1) winner per week for four (4) weeks will receive a Life Itself Chocolate Bar Set, total retail value of $25.95. Chocolate bar flavors will be selected at the discretion of Chuao Chocolatier. Prizes must be claimed within five (5) days of notification and will be shipped within five (5) business days of date claimed.
