One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) to the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, California, at an approximate retail value (???ARV???) of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000).
Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a 2010-2011 NBA Regular Season game in a city selected by Sponsors in 2010 or 2011; and one (1) autographed Spalding basketball. Each First Prize has an ARV of Three Hundred Dollar ($300).
Fifteen (15) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) NBA gift bag that includes one (1) NBA team jersey, one (1) hat and one (1) water bottle. Each Second Prize has an ARV of One Hundred Dollars ($100).
