PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a grand prize (“Grand
Prize”) consisting of: (i) two (2) round-trip, coach class air transportation tickets for the
Winner and one (1) guest from the major commercial airport closest to the Winner’s
permanent residence at the time of entry to Los Angeles, California. Travel must be
taken October 18, 2019 and October 20, 2019; (ii) Two (2) nights double occupancy
hotel accommodations, (iii) two (2) VIP Experience credentials including entry tickets,
VIP track walk and front-of-the-line access to drivers autograph session and (iv) one
(1) ride for winner in a Formula Drift Pro-spec drift car on October 19, 2019 at the
Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California (subject to terms and conditions (see
Addendum) (v) one (1) Formula Drift merchandise package and transportation to/from
Los Angeles airport and hotel (in a form to be determined by Sponsor). Approximate
Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00
