10 finalists will be picked on the basis of originality (30%), creativity of Photo (25%), creativity of Essay (25%), appropriateness of Photo to Contest theme (10%), and appropriateness of Essay to Contest theme (10%).
The finalists' entries will be put up for public vote, and the winner will be chosen by a combination of judges' scores and the results of the voting.
