Free toolbox for post-9/11 Purple Heart recipients

To qualify for a REAch Wounded Veteran Toolbox, the Veteran (or next-of-kin/caregiver if the Veteran is unable to make contact) must fill out the form on this page and staff will further instruct the applicant and/or his/her authorized caregiver to provide information. The applicant must be combat wounded ” wounded while conducting combat operations ” post 9/11/2001. Purple Heart recipients receive priority on our shipping list, but our mission is to ship toolboxes out to everyone on our list sooner or later.
