There will be a total of five (5) random grand prize drawings, to select a total of one (1) potential grand prize winner for
each drawing date (see prize descriptions below). The random grand prize drawings shall occur on or about 1/5/2015,
1/12/2015, 1/19/2015, 1/26/2015, and 2/9/2015

Grand Prize Drawing #1 – Party with the Pros (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner selected in grand
prize drawing #1 shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to Phoenix, AZ during the
Sponsor designated travel dates, scheduled for 1/24/2015 – 1/26/2015, based upon availability and subject to change.
Certain black-out dates may apply. The grand prize trip for two to Phoenix, AZ has a maximum retail value not to
exceed $1,800, and includes:
 Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s
home as designated by sponsor to Phoenix, AZ (scheduled departure date of 1/24/2015, and scheduled return
date of 1/26/2015). Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely
determined by sponsor;
 Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by
Sponsor in the Phoenix, AZ metro area (based upon availability); Arrival and departure dates as solely
specified by Sponsor, based upon availability (scheduled for check-in on 1/24/2015 and check-out on

 Two (2) tickets to the Sponsor designated event or activity in Phoenix, AZ;


Grand Prize Drawing #2 – Superb-Owl Weekend (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner selected in grand
prize drawing #2 shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to Phoenix, AZ during the
Sponsor designated travel dates, scheduled for 1/29/2015 – 2/2/2015, based upon availability and subject to change.
Certain black-out dates may apply. The grand prize trip for two to Phoenix, AZ has a maximum retail value not to
exceed $2,800, and includes:
 Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s
home as designated by sponsor to Phoenix, AZ (scheduled departure date of 1/29/2015, and scheduled return
date of 2/2/2015). Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely

Grand Prize Drawing #3 – Show Em You Still Got It (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner selected in
grand prize drawing #3 shall receive a trip for one (1) (for the winner only) to Sponsor designated destination to attend
a professional football team’s training camp as a guest during the Sponsor designated travel dates, based upon
availability. Certain black-out dates may apply. The grand prize trip has a maximum retail value not to exceed $800,
and includes:
 Round trip coach class airfare for one (winner only) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as
designated by sponsor to the designated destination airport as determined by Sponsor. Actual departure date,
times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by sponsor;
 Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, single occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by
Sponsor (based upon availability); Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon
availability;
 Opportunity to attend the designated professional football team’s training camp as a guest for 1-day;

Grand Prize Drawing #4 – Jon Gruden QB Camp (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner selected in grand
prize drawing #4 shall receive a trip for one (1) (for the winner only) to attend the Jon Gruden QB Camp in Orlando, FL
during the Sponsor designated travel dates in March 2015 or other Sponsor designated dates, based upon availability.
Certain black-out dates may apply. The grand prize trip has a maximum retail value not to exceed $800, and includes:
 Round trip coach class airfare for one (winner only) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as
designated by sponsor to Orlando, FL. Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and
will be solely determined by sponsor;
 Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, single occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by
Sponsor (based upon availability); Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon
availability;
 Opportunity to attend the Jon Gruden QB Camp as a guest for 1-day;


Grand Prize Drawing #5 – Man Cave Merchandise Package (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner
selected in grand prize drawing #5 shall receive the Sponsor designated merchandise items to create a ‘Man Cave’ in
their home, with a maximum retail value not to exceed $1,000. Designated merchandise items included in the Man
Cave prize package shall be as solely determined and specified by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute
a $1,000.00 gift card toward any merchandise items of winner’s choice, at its sole discretion.
