Grand Prize (3): Each “Grand Prize” is a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) people (each Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest of his/her choosing) to attend Super Bowl LI
scheduled for Sunday, February 5, 2017 to be held in Houston, Texas (the “Grand Prize”). Each Grand Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near each Grand Prize winner’s residence (selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Houston for each Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest, three (3) night stay at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (single room/double occupancy), two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LI, shared transportation to and from the hotel to the stadium on February 5, 2017. Each Grand Prize also includes two (2) gift bags and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in the form of a check made payable to each Grand Prize winner for travel stipend and spending money. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must arrive in Houston on February 3, 2017 and must depart on February 6, 2017. The ARV of each Grand Prize is Six Thousand Seventy and 00/100 Dollars ($6,070.00).

First Prize (10): Each “First Prize” is a Chunky branded white football helmet autographed by each of the six team captains (Drew Brees, Odell Beckham Jr., Kyle Long, Todd Gurley, Eddie Lacy and Eric Ebron). The ARV of the First Prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

Second Prize (50): Each “Second Prize” is an $100 NFLSHOP.com digital gift certificate. Each gift certificate is subject to the terms and conditions found at http://www.nflshop.com/helpdesk/gift.
