1. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand-Prize Winner will receive a prize package to consist of: One (1) Cruise for 2 people on the 2017 Caribbean Quilt Seminar at Sea onboard Holland America Cruise Line ms Nieuw Amsterdam, November 25-December 2, 2017, provided by Quilt Seminars at Sea & Holland America Line® and Airfare reimbursement allowance maximum of $500 for two (2) not to exceed $1,000 provided by AQS; one (1) Skyline S9 Sewing and Quilting Machine from Janome; Quilting and cutting tables from Horn of America to include one (1) Cutting Table, one (1) Quilter’s Dream Caddie, and one (1) Super Quilters Dream Sewing Table, including shipping charges; Mat and cutter assortment from Havel's Sewing valued at over $850.00; Thread assortment from WonderFil™ Specialty Threads valued at $1,628.00; three (3) online classes from iquilt.com to include: “Artistic Painted Appliqu?” with Linda M. Poole, “Step-by-Step Quilted Landscapes” with Kathy McNeil, and “Quilting Makes a Difference” with Judi Madsen; and, one (1) trip from September 13, 2017, to September 16, 2017, to AQS QuiltWeek® – Fall Paducah, Kentucky 2017, which shall consist of: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence in the 48 contiguous United States and Paducah, Kentucky, on September 13, 2017; returning September 16, 2017; (b) four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations, one (1) double occupancy room, for two in Paducah, Kentucky; (c) two (2) multi-day passes for entrance into AQS QuiltWeek – Fall Paducah, Kentucky 2017; (d) two (2) sets of special event tickets to include: Jenny Doan on Center Stage at the Carson Center on September 13, 2017, and the All-Star Review on September 14, 2017; and (e) $400.00 cash (US).
