Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) prize package which consists of three (3) components: a Trip Component, a Smart Home Component, and a Miscellaneous Component (“Grand Prize”), as described below:

• One (1) 2019 Lexus ES with Alexa capability (the “Prize Vehicle”).
ARV of Miscellaneous Component of Grand Prize is $102,000.00
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $114,443.00

Second Place Prize: Ten (10) Second Place winners will each receive one (1) prize package which consists of the following items:
• One (1) Amazon Echo;
• One (1) Echo Dot; and
• One (1) Kasa Smart Wi-Fi LED Light Bulb by TP-Link.
ARV of each Second Place Prize is $170.00 and the total ARV of all ten (10) Second Place Prizes is $1,700.00.
Total ARV of all prizes is $116,143.00.
