COVID-19 vaccination brings us one step closer to the activities we missed due to the pandemic. Millions of Americans are vaccinated but still many are remaining. CVS is thanking COVID vaccine recipients and persuading people to get vaccinated at CVS Health with the “One Step Closer Sweepstakes”. If you have received at least 1 of a COVID-19 vaccine at CVS Pharmacy, then you could win one of over 1,000 prizes including $500 - $5000 cash, free cruises, VIP super bowl trip, NCCA trip, gift cards, iHeartRadio music festival trip, Wyndham rewards, etc.

Limit: To be eligible for the sweepstakes, you must be at least 18 years of age and have received your COVID-19 vaccination at CVS Pharmacy or plan to by July 10. There is one entry per person during the promotion period.

How to Enter CVS Pharmacy One Step Closer Sweepstakes:

Visit www.cvs.com/onestepclosersweeps and submit the official entry form with the required details to receive one entry into the sweepstakes.

Mail-in Entry:

To enter without receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, handprint your name, mailing address (with zip code), email address, and daytime phone number on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a business size (#10) envelope to: CVS One Step Closer Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999.

CVS Sweepstakes Winners Selection:
Weekly winners will be selected via random drawings on or about each Monday between June 7 and July 12, 2021. The winners will be contacted via email or phone.
