(a) Instant Win Prize #1 (50): A total of fifty (50) Instant Win prize #1 will be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize #1 consists of: one (1) Dos Equis outdoor Bluetooth speaker. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each instant win prize #1: $75. Total ARV of all available Instant Win prize #1 awards: $3,750.

(b) Instant Win Prize #2 (50): A total of fifty (50) Instant Win prize #2 will be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize #2 consists of: one (1) Dos Equis bucket hat. ARV of each instant win prize #2: $15. Total ARV of all available Instant Win prize #2 awards: $750.

(c) Instant Win Prize #3 (30): A total of thirty (30) Instant Win prize #3 will be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize #3 consists of: one (1) Dos Equis portable folding chair. ARV of each instant win prize #3: $50. Total ARV of all available Instant Win prize #3 awards: $1,500.

(d) Instant Win Prize #4 (10): A total of ten (10) Instant Win prize #4 will be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize #4 consists of: one (1) Dos Equis cornhole game set. ARV of each instant win prize #4: $125. Total ARV of all available Instant Win prize #4 awards: $1,250.
(e) GA Regional Prize (1): one (1) GA regional prize will be awarded from among all eligible entrants who are residents of Georgia (see regional prize drawing details below). The GA Regional Prize consists of: four (4) tickets to the Maggie Rose concert on 6/21/2024 at Terminal West in Atlanta, GA. ARV of GA regional prize award: $150.

(f) TN Regional Prize (5): five (5) TN regional prizes will be awarded from among all eligible entrants who are residents of Tennessee (see regional prize drawing details below). Each TN Regional Prize consists of: two (2) tickets to winner’s choice of one (1) Sponsor designated concert at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN in September 2024. (Selected concert date is based upon availability, and subject to change. Available concert dates include Dierks Bentley on 9/7/2024, Weezer on 9/17/2024 or Kings of Leon on 9/26/2024). ARV of each TN regional prize award: $150. Total ARV of all available TN regional prize awards: $750.

(g) TX Regional Prize (1): one (1) TX regional prizes will be awarded from among all eligible entrants who are residents of Texas (see regional prize drawing details below). The TX Regional Prize consists of: two (2) tickets to winner’s choice of one (1) Sponsor designated concert at the Dos Equis Pavilion during the 2024 concert season, based upon availability and one (1) $250 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy. ARV of TX regional prize award: $400.

Grand Prize (4): four (4) grand prizes will be available to be randomly awarded. Each grand prize consists of a trip for four (4) people (winner and up to three (3) guests, each age 21 or older) for a Lake House rental during the Sponsor designated rental dates in Lake Tahoe, CA. Each grand prize includes: round trip coach class airfare for four (4) people from Sponsor designated airport nearest winner’s home to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the Lake Tahoe, CA metro area (Reno–Tahoe International Airport – RNO); use of a Lake House rental for 5-nights during the Sponsor designated rental dates; $500 towards groceries and supplies; and a $1,000 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy. ARV of each grand prize award: $11,500. Total ARV of all available grand prize awards: $46,000.
