For Grand Prize winners (5): A $5,000 American Express Gift Card and a $5,000 donation on behalf of the winner to the non-profit charity organization of Grand Prize winner’s choice. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 each.
For Charities (5) (One (1) donation on behalf of each Grand Prize winner): Sponsor will make a $5,000 donation (in the form of American Express Gift Card) on behalf of Grand Prize winner to a charity of Grand Prize winner’s choice (subject to approval by Sponsor, in its sole discretion). IMPORTANT NOTE: Each Grand Prize winner may only select one (1) charity to receive the donation. ARV: $5,000 each.
