Prize: One (1) Prize consisting of a 5 day / 4 night trip for two (2) to the Moon Palace® Golf and Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico ("Location"). Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $3,700, depending on location of winner's primary residence and fares at time of departure. Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to and from a major commercial airport near the winner's primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor; a 4 night stay in a Deluxe-Resort View & Standard City View room category (double occupancy) at the Moon Palace® Golf and Spa Resort ("Resort") including meals, selected beverages and entertainment while at the Resort; a TUMI 4 wheeled carry-on & travel satchel winner only; and a 1-year subscription to Travel + Lesiure for winner only. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, transportation other than that mentioned herein, meals and activities outside Resort, insurance, golf, spa and additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and travel companion. If actual value of Prize is lower than the stated ARV when Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded in cash or merchandise. Trip must conclude before November 1, 2015 or will be forfeited in its entirety. Prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Sponsor or Sponsor's agent. For the Resort portion of the Prize, winner will receive a Palace Resorts® certificate with instructions for redemption. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Travel, hotel and other accommodations are subject to availability. Advance booking, certain restrictions and blackout dates apply, including Easter, Passover, summer (June 1st through August 31st), Thanksgiving and Christmas week of each year or 5 days before and after. All federal, state, local and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or portion of a Prize for one of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid passports) prior to travel. If travel companion is under eighteen (18) years of age, winner must be the travel companion's parent or legal guardian. Winner is required to provide Social Security number to Sponsor's representative for tax reporting purposes. An IRS 1099 Form will be prepared and filed in the name of the winner for the actual retail value of the prize.
