1. ELIGIBILITY: THE ZIPLOC®
BACK TO SCHOOL INSTANT WIN GAME (ALSO
REFERRED TO AS THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL DOUBLE-UP GAME) (“PROMOTION”) IS
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA (“D.C.”) WHO ARE, AS OF THE DATE OF PARTICIPATION, 18 YEARS OF
AGE OR THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE RESPECTIVE JURISDICTION OF
RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER. Employees, officers and directors of S.C. Johnson &
Son, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or
production agencies, Web masters/suppliers, and their IRS dependents, immediate family
members (including spouse, parents, children, siblings and each of their respective spouses),
and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to
participate. By participating, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the
Sponsor and/or its independent judging agency which are final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 8:00:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on
June 25, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 15, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
3. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The Promotion is comprised of two (2) separate Instant Win
Games.
(1) The first is the Code Reveal Game in which participants may play for a chance to win
a Code Reveal Prize. To play the Code Reveal Game, you must first obtain a Code (as
defined below); and
(2) The second is the Daily Game in which participants may play for a chance to win a
Daily Prize. A Code is not required to play the Daily Game.
Please note that there is no requirement that a participant play both Instant Win Games.
Participants may play one or the other or both Instant Win Games. See Rule #4 “How to Play”
for complete details on how to play one or both Instant Win Games in this Promotion. By
playing for a chance to win a “Code Reveal Prize”, you will not receive a Play (as
defined below) for a chance to win a “Daily Prize”. By playing for a chance to win a
“Daily Prize”, you will not receive a Play for a chance to win a “Code Reveal Prize”. A
“Play” refers to playing for a chance to win a Code Reveal Prize in the Code Reveal Game or
playing for a chance to win a Daily Price in the Daily Game.
4. HOW TO PLAY: During the Promotion Period, you can Play through the Ziploc®
Back to School Double-Up
Game application on Facebook. You can find the application by clicking on the Ziploc® Back
to School Double-Up Game tab on the Ziploc® brand page on Facebook at
http://www.facebook.com/ziploc (“Website”) or via www.ziplocbacktoschool.com (“Promotion
Page”).
For a chance to win a Code Reveal Prize:
To participate in the Code Reveal Game, you must first obtain a code. Look for the product
code located on the back of any Ziploc® brand package (number of character varies by pack)
(each a “Code”). Or, to obtain a free Code, during the Promotion Period, send an email to
[email protected]. Limit one (1) free Code request per day per person/email
address/Facebook account. A “day” is defined as the 24 hours between 12:00:00 a.m.
(midnight) CDT and 11:59:59 p.m. CDT (with the exception of the first day which will begin at
8:00:00 a.m. CDT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT).
During the Promotion Period and once you have obtained a Code, visit the Website and follow
the online instructions to type in your Code and play for a chance to win a Code Reveal Prize.
If you are the winner of a Code Reveal Prize, your computer screen will display a prize-winning
message indicating the prize you have potentially won (subject to verification). The preliminary
prize-winning message is not binding or final and a participant’s status as a winner of a Code
Reveal Prize will be subject to verification for compliance with all of the Official Rules. If you
are not a winner of a Code Reveal Prize, your computer screen will display a non-winning
message. Limit one (1) Play per person/email address/Facebook account per day for the
Code Reveal Game.
For a chance to win a Daily Prize:
During the Promotion Period, visit the Website and follow the online instructions to play for a
chance to win a Daily Prize. If you are the winner of a Daily Prize, your computer screen will
display a prize-winning message indicating the prize you have potentially won (subject to
verification). The preliminary prize-winning message is not binding or final and a participant’s
status as a winner of a Daily Prize will be subject to verification for compliance with all of the
Official Rules. If you are not a winner of a Daily Prize, your computer screen will display a
non-winning message. Limit one (1) Play per person/email address/Facebook account
per day for the Daily Game.
For both Instant-Win Games:
During the Promotion Period (and for each Instant Win Game), randomly-selected times for
each day will be chosen by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final
and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The first participant who completes a Play
on or immediately after a randomly-selected time for such day for such Instant Win Game will
win the prize indicated (subject to verification). All Plays must be received and recorded during
the Promotion Period. Proof of submitting a Play does not constitute proof of delivery or play.
Incorrect and incomplete entries are void. Any attempt by any participant to submit more than
one (1) Play per day, per Instant-Win Game, by using multiple/different email addresses,
Facebook accounts, identities or any other methods will void that participant’s Plays and that
participant will be disqualified. Participants must have a valid email address and Facebook
account. Automated Plays are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause
disqualification.
