How to Enter
There are 3 ways to enter:
QR Code: Using your smartphone or other web-enabled devices with a data plan, an entrant must scan the Sweepstakes QR Code featured on signs or promotional materials in participating stores with the QR reader application already installed on your device. Once the QR Code is scanned, the entrant will be directed to lunazultequila.com/officialrules. The entrant must follow the online instruction to complete the submission of his/her entry with an e-mail address, full name, postal code for the state of residence, gender, and date of birth.
Online: Visit lunazultequila.com/officialrules during any Entry Period within the Promotion Period and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit your entry. Upon following the on-screen instructions, the Contestant will be asked to complete the entry form in its entirety to be submitted with the entry.
Mail-in: An eligible entrant may hand write his/her complete name, valid email address, street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3?” x 5” card and mail it with sufficient postage to Lunazul 2103599.1 Cantarito & Cuisine Sweepstakes, 4500 Bowling Blvd, Louisville, KY 40207 to be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received within 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
Winner Selection
1 Potential winner will be selected within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period, from all the eligible entries received by a random drawing.
Prize
1 Winner: The winner will receive a prize consisting of a trip to Jalisco, Mexico for the Winner and for 1 Guest that includes:
