A: Yes. We offer 2 free samples to new customers. Just send us an email stating that you are a new customer and what 2 flavors you would like to try, along with your name and shipping address. Returning customers may request 1 free sample of a flavor they have not yet tasted.

I got a page that thanked me for my interest, so I am guessing that once you sign up you can't get back in so if the sample was requested by doing a copy/paste ir such that you will not get the page back.
