One Winner(s) will receive one of the following:
- (i)If the Winner lives within 50 miles from a Hugo Boss store, such determination to be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor, Winner will receive a BOSS shopping spree, up to a $2,500 retail price (ARV: $2,500), car service to the closest Hugo Boss store location from the Winner's primary residence (ARV: $500), VIP in-store treatment including champagne and tailoring, if necessary (ARV: up to $0), and lunch on BOSS for Winner, at a location in close proximity of the Hugo Boss store, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (and if Winner so elects, a guest may come to lunch) (ARV: up to $200). Total approximate retail value: $3,200. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded in any form. The Winner must be 21 years of age, which is a requirement of entry, to receive the champagne.
- (ii)In the event the Winner's primary residence is more than 50 miles from a Hugo Boss store, such determination to be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor, Hugo Boss may choose to provide a check in the amount of $1,500 in lieu of the prize mentioned above. ARV: $1,500.
- (iii) It is understood that if the scenario in (ii) above is applicable, Winner will not receive the difference between the stated ARV of $3,200 in (i) and the value of the $1,500 check.
