Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prize (the “Prize”) are available to be awarded. Each winner will receive a trip for winner and *three (3) verified guests to attend the final round of the 2023 College Basketball Playoffs (the “Playoffs”) scheduled for April 1 and April 3, 2023 in Houston, Texas (actual dates/location of the Playoffs will be confirmed by Sponsor/Administrator on or around three (3) months prior to the event.) Each of winner’s guests must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States or District of Columbia and must sign and return a Guest’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to the trip; in the event of noncompliance by winner’s guest(s), said winner must accept the Prize without such guest(s), the value of the Prize will be reduced accordingly, and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is up to $14,200.00. Should actual value of Grand Prize be less than the stated Approximate Retail Value for any reason, a winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Total Approximate Retail Value of all Grand Prizes is up to $42,600.00.
