Open and offered to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are at least 16 years or older and are enrolled as current undergraduate students (for at least 6 credit hours per semester) as of Sept 1, 2021 at an eligible, accredited two- or four-year U.S. college or university (“entrant”).

First Prize (1): a $5,000 Scholarship Award.
