You can nominate a deserving health care worker in the Entenmann’s Donuts Standing Doughnation Sweepstakes for their chance to win. Not only that but Entenmann’s will also give $500 donation to their respective hospital or care facility.

The Nominee will receive $500 in the form of a check and $70 worth of donuts awarded in the form of coupons (ARV: $570 each)
