Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest of Grand Prize Winner (“Guest”), to Arlington, Texas (“Destination”) to attend the Cotton Bowl Classic (“Event”), on or about December 26 – 29, 2019, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence in the United States to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,000; (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $1,050;
(iii) two (2) tickets to the Event, including two (2) field passes, with an ARV of $1,100; and (iv) $900 issued to Grand Prize Winner in the form of a pre-paid gift card(s) (subject to the terms and conditions of the pre-paid gift cards), with an ARV of $900; collectively (the “Grand Prize”). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,050.
Second Place Prizes: Each of these five (5) Winners will receive one (1) $100 pre-paid online retailer gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the pre-paid gift card), with an ARV of $100 for each Winner, each a (“Second Place Prize”).
The total ARV of all of the Prizes is $5,375
