Took Rissa and Dexter to El Jardin Restaurante (In Janesville, WI) for lunch. Dexter had 2 Coronas and Cheese Quesadillas. Rissa had a Taco Lunch Platter and Mountain Dew. I had Chimichangas with rice and beans and sour cream and 2 Margaritas.
When I got home I made a slice of toast and put the last of my home made Guacamole on it. No idea what I want for supper tonite.
Yesterday I had a couple of Taco Al Pastors for lunch. I made a flatbread Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza when I got home from work a little after 6pm and just got up and made a pepperoni pizza that I doctored up with chopped onions and yellow pepper topped with shredded cheddar cheese
Made a pork Loin Roast with beer and saur kraut, mashed potatoes,, and Normandy Vegetables
I had Lasagna, California blend veggies and apple fritter for lunch at work last night
For Christmas I made ham with pineapples, mashed potatoes, French green beans, Dutch Apple Pie, Ranch Pasta Salad, deviled eggs, and Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
Last night I took Breaded Catfish, Normandy mixed veggies, grilled potatoes, and Spanish Rice Pilaf.
I am having spagetti and meatballs for lunch and pork chops, mashed potatoes, and veggies for work tonite.
Yesterday I cooked for Don, Padre, and myself. I made a 14.73 lb. stuffed turkey, mashed potatoes, cream corn, and brown and serve rolls.
Lots of left overs
