How to Enter Purina For Life Sweepstakes
The Sweepstakes consists of 8 Weekly Entry Periods as well as one Grand Prize Entry Period equal to the Promotion Period.

There are 2 ways to enter:

Purchase Qualifying Purina Puppy or Kitten Food:

Register: Visit purinaforlife.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form including providing your first name, last name, zip code, and email address. Select whether you would like to be entered for the cat or the dog prize. Select whether you would like to be entered for the cat or the dog prize for all of the Weekly Entry Period drawing(s). You will be required to provide the name, breed size (puppy only), and birthdate of your puppy or kitten.

Purchase a “Qualified Product” & Upload Receipt:

Make an in-store or online purchase of a 3-pound or larger bag of Beneful, Purina Puppy Chow, Purina ONE, or Purina Pro Plan dry puppy food and/or a 3-pound or larger bag of Beyond, Purina Kitten Chow, Purina ONE, or Purina Pro Plan dry kitten food.
Take an image of your entire purchase transaction receipt. The receipt image must be clear and legible, and display all of the following: the retailer name, the purchase date and time, the Qualifying Product, the price of the Qualifying Product, and the total amount spent. The qualifying Receipt image must not be larger than 5MB and may only be one of the following file types: .gif, .png, .jpg, or .pdf.
Follow the links and instructions to upload your receipt image. Each receipt can only be uploaded once. For each Qualified Purchase included in your receipt, you will receive 1 Weekly entry for the Prize Type you have selected and 1 Grand Prize entry.
Earn Bonus Entries by Sharing the Program When Your Friends Enter:

After you upload a receipt, you will be invited to share a unique link with your “Friends” on Twitter. You will be able to share your unique link by Tweet 1 each Weekly Entry Period. Mail-in Free Method: Print your name, home mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Purina For Life,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5022, Department 852285, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5022. You must include the Weekly Entry Period (i.e., Week 1, Week 2) and Weekly Prize Type (i.e., Cat or Dog) on the front of the envelope for which you would like an entry. You will receive 1 entry into the listed Weekly Entry Period for your selected Prize Type as well as 1 entry into the Grand Prize Entry Period.
