Looks like they changed the dates-
Beginning May 23, 2013 and ending on May 23, 2014, there will be a new Sweepstakes every month, starting on the 23th day of the month at 12:00:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ending on the 22nd date at 11:59:59pm EST. (the "Sweepstakes Period")
New sweeps started (new sweeps starts on the 23rd of each month)
