Kentucky Hands & Voices is proud to partner with Kentucky Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (KCDHH) to provide TWO FREE ClearMasks per family. Only families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing (ages 0-18) are eligible. Must be Kentucky residents. Note: The ClearMask is intended for adult use for those communicating with someone who is deaf or hard of hearing.
