How to obtain code:
In order to enter, entrant must have Combined Code that they can get by following one of below ways:

With purchase:

Make a purchase of any specially-marked bag of LAY’S® Potato Chips and find out the combined code which consists of the bell-marker code located below the “guaranteed fresh” statement on the front of the bag and the UPC code on the back of the same bag.

Without Purchase:

Just send your hand-written personal details like full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper to “Lay’s Turn Up the Flavor Combined Code Request, PO Box 760006, Dept. 880-790, El Paso, TX 88576-0006”.

Once you did it, you will receive an e-mail with a Combined Code.

How to enter:
Online: After obtaining a Combined Code, visit LaysAndTheVoice.com and follow on-screen instructions to register and enter your combined code and then appropriately submit an online play to determine if you have won a prize.

Watch the Voice: During promotion period, visit LaysAndTheVoice.com to view the weekly question pertaining to that evening’s episode of The Voice and submit your answer to the weekly question. There are four option for each question, you have to submit correct answer and complete your online game play to determine if you have won a prize. You must submit your answer to the current week’s question prior to the following Monday’s post of the new weekly question.
