ELIGIBILITY: The Rockstar Energy & HALO Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) US or the District of Columbia and legal residents of Canada, who are the age of majority or older in state/province of residence as of October 1, 2021. AMOE: Mail-In Entries: To enter without a Code, send your name and address on a 3x5 card to: Rockstar Energy Halo Sweeps Entry to Box 93245 Atlanta, GA 30377 USA and include your email address and phone number, to be Postmarked by 12/15/21 for residents of Canada and Postmarked by 12/21/21 for residents of the US and received by 12/31/21. Each individual card received will count as 1 Daily and 1 Grand prize entry.


ENTRY PERIODS: There are multiple entry periods. The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2021 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") (i.e. noon) and ends on December 31, 2021 at 11:59:59 AM ET

Prizes:

There are a total of one thousand nine hundred eleven (1,912) prizes available to be won (each a "Prize"). This total number consists of one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") and 1,911 daily prizes (the"Daily Prizes").

Grand Prize - The Grand Prize consists of a 2021 Jeep Gladiator inspired by the HALO video game . ARV: USD $40,000.00. Canadian entrants are not eligible to win the Grand Prize and are excluded from the Grand Prize Entry Pool. In the event that awarding the Grand Prize results in a taxable event, the Grand Prize Winner will also receive a cash payment in the amount necessary to pay or offset any income taxes applicable to the Prize (not to exceed $16,000 USD).

Daily Prizes – Twenty-one (21) Daily Prizes are available to be won for each Daily Entry random drawing. Each Daily Prize consists of one (1) HALO Infinite game (ARV: $60.00 USD); One (1) Electronics Bundle including (1) Xbox Series X Console (ARV: $500.00 USD), (1) Gaming Monitor (ARV: $700.00 USD), (1) Gaming Headset (ARV: $150.00 USD) and (1) HALO Infinite game (ARV: $60.00 USD); total Electronics Bundle (ARV: $1,410.00 USD); per drawing. Total ARV of all Daily Prizes is: $237,510 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes is: up to $293,510 USD depending on whether the Grand Prize winner accepts the vehicle prize or the cash alternative.
