Thank goodness I am not the only one. I thought maybe I was nuts. Maybe it doesn't work if you use a home address or something. I finally sent them an email asking for 2 samples but I never heard anything back from them. We shall see if anything ever arrives. You guys that got your posts to go thru be sure to let us know if you ever get anything.

If you use Internet Explorer as your browser this should help you access the page.
Go to Tools and click on Internet Options. Then click on Security. You should see an icon that says Trusted Sites. Click on this and then click Sites. Copy or type the Julie Hat Co URL to the Add this site space and then click Add. The URL should appear in the Trusted Sites list. Click Close and then exit Internet Options. You may have to close your browser and reopen it to access the Julie Hat Co site.

Well adding the site to my trust internet sites didn't help my problem. It still says forbidden. A long time ago I wrote the company and asked for a sample of the duffle bag but I never got it. Has anyone ever received anything from this company? They sure don't have very good customer service! They never answered my email nor sent a thing. Oh well, I give on on this one.
