I'm thinking about doing a promotion for registered members of Absolute Forum only. But need to make sure it doesn't come under the Self Promotion concept.

On my Blog I'd like to post an offer to Members Only to pick up a copy of one of my books on the Kindle, and I will reimburse them for their purchase through Paypal....for say the first 25 or 50 people. Members can post in the comment section that they've picked up a copy and I will send them the $1 that covers the purchase price.

Before I offered it, I want to ensure it is acceptable under the TOS here.
