You also have the option of asking for two FC2 female condoms to be included in your order. Fill out the form below and we will send you a super discreet package, it doesn’t say what’s inside or where it’s from.

If you are a guy between 13 and 29 years old living in Philadelphia, you can now have condoms mailed directly to you for FREE.

[I assume women can get condoms too and that "guy" is just a casual term referring to either sex. -- bint]

Packaging is really discrete and all of our condoms are sent in a plain envelope. ** NOTICE** Due COVID-19, expect a delay with all condom orders. Use the order form to request Regular Condoms (Enz), Magnums, Female Condom (Receptive Condom), or Backslide (anal lube).

Free Condoms - Residents of Cook County only

CCDPH is pleased to offer condoms through the mail free of charge to residents of suburban Cook County only. (Residents of Chicago, please click here). There is a limit of 20 condoms and the addresses must be in suburban Cook County, excluding Chicago, Evanston, Skokie, Oak Park, and Stickney Township, since those cities have their own state-certified health departments and are outside CCDPH’s jurisdiction. Due to limited supply, requests for more than 20 condoms will still be filled; however, with 20 condoms only. Requests outside CCDPH’s jurisdiction will not be acknowledged.
