PRIZES:

Instant Win Prizes (60): A maximum of sixty (60) Instant Win prizes will be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize consists of one (1) $250.00 gift card from the Sponsor-designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy terms and conditions. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each instant win prize: $250. Total ARV of all available Instant Win prize awards: $15,000.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize (1): One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of a trip for four (4) people (winner and three guests each age 21 or older) to one of the following three (3) Sponsor designated destinations of the winner’s choice: Hamptons/Montauk, NY; Lake Tahoe, CA/NV or Miami, FL.

Grand prize trip for four (4) includes: round trip air transportation for four (4) people (winner and three guests each age 21 or older) via private charter flight or first class airfare, at Sponsor’s election, from the Sponsor designated airport nearest winner’s residence to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the selected destination city; hotel accommodations for four (4) people – two rooms, double occupancy for three (3) nights each, at a Sponsor-designated hotel; one (1) $500 Uber gift card; and one (1) $500 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider (i.e. American Express). Each gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of grand prize award not to exceed: $50,000.
