Take an image of your entire receipt which must display the purchase date and time, and show the Qualifying Purchase, the Qualifying Purchase price, and the total amount spent. Each receipt can only be uploaded once. Then, visit benefuleathappysweeps.com, and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address, and also, follow the instructions to upload the image of your receipt. If the receipt and purchase are approved, you will receive 1 entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing, and 1 entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
