PRIZES:

All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only and shall not be relied upon. No part of any prize includes any alcoholic beverages. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions of prizes by winners are allowed, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

NOTE: There is a maximum of one (1) prize award per person or household during the entire Sweepstakes Period. If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available, then the associated prize awards shall not be awarded.

Regional Prize (2): Regional prize winners shall be selected only from among eligible entries received from residents of CA. Two (2) regional prizes will be available to be awarded. Each regional prize consists of: two (2) VIP 3-day passes to San Francisco’s the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival® scheduled for 8/11/2023 – 8/13/2023 at the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA. Seat locations, if applicable, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability. ARV of each regional prize award: $1,858.

NOTE: Regional prize award does not include any transportation (including flight or ground transportation) or accommodations. Winner is solely responsible for any and all transportation and accommodation requirements.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for two (2) people to the Sponsor designated airport (i.e. LAX) servicing the San Francisco, CA area (Friday, 8/11/2023 – Monday, 8/14/2023); hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for three (3) nights (8/11/2023 – 8/14/2023); and two (2) VIP 3-day passes to San Francisco’s the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival® scheduled for 8/11/2023 – 8/13/2023 at the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA. ARV of grand prize: $3,858.
