PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be awarded, consisting of a trip for
winner and winner’s two (2) guests to game 3 of the 2024 NBA Finals (“Game”) scheduled to take place in
June of 2024. Location and exact game and travel dates to be determined, by Sponsor and/or the NBA
Entities (in their sole discretion), at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules. The trip
consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and two (2) guests (from a major airport nearest
winner’s home); standard hotel accommodations (one room for three (3) people) for two (2) nights; three
(3) Game tickets; Starry and NBA Finals branded memorabilia/apparel; and $500.00 (awarded in the form
of a check, payable to winner). Game tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions, which may include
the requirement that winner must download a mobile ticketing app (valid email address required) and
present tickets for entry via a mobile device. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $8,450.00, depending
on winner’s point of departure and destination airport. Grand Prize Conditions below apply.
