Sweepstakes Prizes:
Individual Grand Prize: A 5-day trip for 2 to North Texas to attend Super Bowl XLV, currently scheduled to take place on 2/6/11. Trip includes airfare, hotel, $700 spending money in the form of a check, and tickets to Super Bowl XLV. (ARV: $3,900)

1st Prizes (22): A $50 NFLShop.com Gift Card. (ARV: $50)

Contest Prize: The opportunity to have an NFL player visit the winning company's location for a portion of one work day.

Additional Comments:
To enter the contest, register your work place for the Back to Football Friday Event, then host a Back to Football Friday Event using the information and materials on the sweepstakes' website. Then submit 3 photos of the workplace Event and a photo caption of 255 characters or less describing their Event.
Contest entries will be judged on the basis of Event/Activity Originality (40%), Level of NFL Passion (30%), and Support of Youth Health and Wellness Shown (30%).
