I see you are selling "vouchers" today. What's that all about?
Vouchers allow our customers to choose anything they like at the featured site, rather than restricting them to a single product or two. What is your return policy?

If you are disappointed with anything about the jasmere experience, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. If you decide you don't like a product you buy through jasmere (shocking... but yes, it has happened once or twice), simply send it back to the vendor (in salable condition) within 30 days and you'll receive jasmere store credit (use on any future feature at jasmere.com). If the product is defective, the vendor will replace it, send a reasonable equivalent, or refund your credit card. Your choice. Sales of vouchers and limited inventory items are final, unless product is defective.
How long will it take my order to get to me?
This depends on the nature of the feature. Vouchers are typically sent electronically, and will arrive via email within a few hours of a feature's close. As for physical product and "quick-orders", all vendors agree to ship within 48 hours of a feature's close, unless otherwise specified on our site. That said, an unusually successful jasmere sale may dramatically increase a merchant's daily orders. We ask for your patience as our partners - often small, entrepreneurial businesses - work hard to get your package out as fast as they can. If you have a specific question about when it shipped or will ship, you can contact the merchant directly - their email address can be found on your receipt.
