Description:
If you're an amateur baker, submit your best original bread recipes into King Arthur Flour's 2011 National Festival of Breads Recipe Contest for your chance to win a trip to Kansas for a bake-off, cash, and a trip to Vermont for baking classes.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
Finalist Prizes: $500 cash and a trip to Wichita, KS to compete on Saturday, June 25, 2011, for additional prizes. Trip includes airfare, a hotel stay at the Hilton Wichita Airport Executive Conference Center, registration, daily meals, ground transportation, and the invitation to go on a Wheat Harvest Tour in the Heartland, including visiting a working Kansas wheat farm, flour mill and grain elevator. (ARV: $1,500)

Best of Bread Grand Prize (chosen from among category winners): A trip to attend a baking class of his or her choice at the King Arthur Flour Baking Education Center in Norwich, VT. The trip includes class tuition, hotel, and airfare to and from Vermont, plus $2,000 cash and a year's supply of Fleischmann's Yeast. (ARV: $4,000)

Additional Comments:
To enter, submit your original yeast bread recipe which uses Fleischmann's Yeast and King Arthur Flour. Recipe must make at least two loaves of bread or a dozen rolls. You can submit your recipe into one of the following four categories:
???Time Saving and Simple
???Rolls
???Whole Grains
???Ethnic Breads
Four special awards may also be given for the following:
???Best Recipe Using White Whole Wheat Flour (at least 75% white whole wheat flour in recipe)
???Best Recipe Using Cranberries
???Best Recipe Using Raisins
???Best Bread Sculpture (You must attach a photo, the recipe, and detailed instructions on how to shape the bread).
