That's really weird! I fill out the form and it comes back saying I missed a field---and there's one there that wasn't there before. It was asking how did you find us. I answer and submit again and it goes back to a blank form. No confirmation.

I had the same problem then I noticed that I had put dashes in my phone number. There was a little note next to it that it should only contain digits. Then it went back to the original sign-up page.
So I guess we'll see this way too. Weird!!
