Not a free sample unfortunately. After about 2 1/2 hours of waiting for "technical issues" to be resolved, I found that they're giving coupons for their filter packs and single serve packets. Seems that some people are coupons for $1 and others for only $.35 on these products. At the very least, they could have had coupons for those of us who use their regular old ground Folgers!!!
