My response to that:
OK-I understand you are going to do nothing about this. If you think I'm going
to waste my time on your promotion again you are mistaken. I have unliked the
Nivea webpage and will never use it again. I have unliked the facebook page and
will never use it again. Furthermore, I will never buy your products again. I
will post about this on every social networking site I belong to, as well as a
very popular blog/website that I moderate. Your customer service is to be
abhorred.
