1. HOW TO PLAY: Go to www.hottamales.com and follow the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game. This is an ongoing monthly promotion that will continue until termination by Sponsor. Sponsor will give 30 days notice of the termination date. You may play as often as you like, however, limit one prize per email / mailing address during any monthly promotion period. Each promotion period begins on the first day of each month at 12:01 AM (ET) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 PM (ET).
2. TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE: To claim an instant win prize, follow the on-screen instructions for claiming a prize. All claims are subject to verification. Materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If by reason of an error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
3. INSTANT WIN PRIZES: A maximum of 1,000 prizes will be awarded each month of the promotion period. Winners will receive either a 2.12 oz package of HOT TAMALES, a 2.12 oz. package of HOT TAMALES FIRE or a 2.12 oz package of HOT TAMALES ICE ($.79 ea). Odds of winning depend upon the total number of persons who play.
Game is open to legal U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Just Born, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each. This game is sponsored by Just Born, Inc 1300 Stefko Blvd. Bethlehem, PA. Void where prohibited.
