Submit your best original rib recipe into National Pork Board's Dibs On My Ribs Recipe Contest and you could win one of two grand prizes of a year's worth of free groceries and a trip to a BBQ event. Each grand prize is worth $7,500.

The trip includes airfare and hotel. The winner may also choose a cash option of $1,500 instead of the trip portion of the prize. (ARV: $7,500)

Additional Comments:
To enter, submit an original ribs recipe that uses pork spareribs, at least one McCormick spice or seasoning product, and at least one Kraft Foods BBQ Sauce (except for rub BBQ recipes,which are not required to use a BBQ sauce). You must also include a recipe name and an optional photo. See rules for additional details.
You must submit your recipe into one of two categories, Indoor Cooking Division or Outdoor Cooking Division. You may enter once per category.

Three finalists per category will be chosen on the basis of perceived taste (1-50 points), creativity (1-25 points), and ease of preparation (1-25 points).

Recipes will also be put up for public vote. The recipe with the most votes will be chosen as a finalist, replacing the lowest-scoring finalist in the category of the vote winner.

The finalists will attend a cook-off in Arkansas. Their recipes will be judged on the basis of taste (1-50 points), creativity (1-25 points), and ease of preparation (1-25 points) to determine the grand-prize winner.
