DIY Expert is subject to availability and will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Phone consultation will take place on a date specified by Sponsor on or before December 31, 2012. In the event the consumer elects to forego the DIY Expert consultation or is unable to find a mutually agreeable date, he/she can receive $1,500 and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner.
