ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“ELIGIBILITY AREA”), EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF ENTRY DATE.

PRIZE: (1 will be awarded): The prize consists of a trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion (during the dates of 9/11/12-9/13/12) to attend the premiere (“Premiere”) of the motion picture (“Resident Evil 5”) (“Picture”) in Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) currently scheduled for 9/12/12. The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown to LA; (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in the LA area; (iii) admission for Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion to the Premiere; and (iv) R/T ground transfers between LA airport and Hotel and (if deemed necessary by the Sponsor) R/T ground transfers between Hotel and Premiere. Specific dates of travel, air carrier(s), Hotel, and all other elements of the Trip are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its designee(s). If the Premiere is canceled or delayed, the remaining elements of the Prize (as detailed above) shall constitute the complete and total Prize to be awarded.
