Hello Friends - This is Victoria from Not Cha Mama's. Well things certainly went viral with our offer for free samples. We had over 5,000 requests in about 24 hours! For a small family-owned company just getting started this was quite amazing. It is not possible for us to fund the $2 cost for shipping for that many sample request. So we have implemented what we hope to be a fair solution for all of us. Follow this link Pickle Sample to an order page and we will ask that you be willing to pay the $2 cost to cover shipping. We will then rebate the $2 back as a discount when you order pickles once you have tasted them - and we know you will want more of them! Shipping costs today are crazy. We did some zip code samples at our local post office today and the average cost for just 1 jar is around $8 plus the box and packing materials. The only way to make shipping cost effective is to use the USPS "If It Fits It Ships" flat rate boxes. We can get 4 jars in the medium box and 6 jars in the large flat rate box. So our purchase options are to order either 4 or 6 jars - or call us for a special case price and discount. We felt it only fair to give you this information prior to requesting the sample know that the minimum orders are 4 or 6 jars.
