Per the rules:
In order to enter online and be eligible to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, you must be a DISH subscriber in good standing by 2/21/13.
Alternative Entry Method:
To enter the sweepstakes without being a DISH customer, hand print your complete name, home address (no P.O.boxes), city/state, zip code, birthdate (mm/yyyy) plus a telephone number that you can be reached at during the day on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 (4-1/8” x 9-1/2”) envelope to:

Mailed entries must be received by 2/26/13 to be eligible. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. You may enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately. Each separate mailed entry received will be equal to one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
