Life, when I asked if this day could get any worse, it was a rhetorical question, NOT a challenge!
I actually have gone to this every year. My daughter loved comics as part of a layover from my silliness and then when she stopped we still went and now with a son in bloom we go just to stock up for future goodies.
Here's a tip: Try and hit several stores that are participating as some will also give away out of their own inventory or have way cheap specials. Two years ago we came home with about sixty comics and spent two dollars.
Wee! Love!And this year, it's the same day as Star Wars day. Definitely going to one of my favorite bookstores for this.
