One Grand Prize winner (the “Winner”) will receive the Grand Prize which consists of a trip for the Winner and his/her guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 2013 Hollywood premiere of the movie Star Trek: Into Darkness on or about May 13-16, 2013. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,525.00 and consists of:


• Round trip economy class airfare for the Winner and one (1) guest departing from an airport near the Winner’s residence (as determined by EPIX in its sole discretion) and arriving at an airport in the Los Angeles area (the “Airport”);
• Three (3) nights luxury hotel accommodations for the Winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Los Angeles area hotel to be determined by EPIX (the “Hotel”);
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the Winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel;
• Single screening tickets for the Winner and his/her guest (total of one (1) ticket each) to attend the red carpet Hollywood premiere of Star Trek: Into Darkness (the “Event”) on or about May 14, 2013;
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Hotel to the Event;
• $500.00 cash to the Winner; and
• A Welcome Gift Basket to the winner including select Star Trek franchise-themed merchandise and other assorted goods.
