Festival on September 20-21, 2013 (the “Festival”) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (2)
people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest Las
Vegas, NV, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas or a
comparable hotel (at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider), roundtrip ground transfers in Las Vegas, NV between the airport
and hotel, two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Festival (seats determined by Prize Provider), and two (2)
tickets for winner and one (1) guest to attend the iHeartRadio Music Festival Village (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”:
